Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, the user accepts that the personal data provided at the time of booking will be incorporated into a file owned by Singular's Hotels i Restaurants, S. L, hereinafter the company, with B66727645 and registered office at Avenida Diagonal 421-3, 08008 Barcelona, for the management of the reservation system, the processing of your request, the control and management of the relationship with the users of the web that process reservations, as well as for the realization of statistical studies of the users registered in the mentioned web that allow to design improvements in the services provided. All the fields of the forms marked as obligatory must be necessarily filled in for the correct processing of your requests. The personal data you provide will only be communicated to third parties in compliance with legal obligations or with your prior consent. The user expressly consents that the bank details provided are used to meet the possible penalties for cancellations or no-shows set in the conditions of the rate. The processing of your reservations necessarily involves the aforementioned treatment, so it will not be possible to carry out the process in case of opposition to it. You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition.

Veracity of the data

The user will respond, in any case, of the veracity of the data provided, reserving the company the right to exclude from the registered services to any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to other actions that may apply in law. Likewise, the user must be duly authorized to provide data of third parties. Only with the consent of the future guests of the hotel, the user will be able to enter their names and surnames in the section "Distribution of rooms". Such information, which will allow the chosen Hotel to provide a better service to its guests, is optional, therefore, its consignment by the user, implies, under his sole responsibility, the assumption of the duty to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to the offering of personal information.

Data processing during navigation

In accordance with the obligation provided for in art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a piece of text information that websites transfer to the hard disk of the computers that connect to them. We use session cookies to identify the user and maintain the user's identification status. Session cookies are automatically deleted from your hard drive when your session ends. We also use cookies to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow us to analyze how users use our website in order to improve it. It will allow us to obtain the following information:

a) The date and time of the last time the user visited our website.
b) The design of contents that the user chose during his visit to our website.
c) Security elements involved in controlling access to restricted areas.
Although the information obtained is, in principle, completely anonymous, in accordance with Report 327/2003 of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, users are informed that the aforementioned data will be incorporated into a personal data file of the company for the purposes detailed above, and the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as indicated below.

We also use the Google Adwords remarketing tool. This tool allows to publish in the Google Adwords content network (more details about the Google content network here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2404190), ads based on previous visits of users to our website. To do this, some of the pages of our website include a code called "remarketing tag". These tags allow you to read and configure your browser cookies in order to determine the type of specific ad that will be shown to the user, based on elements related to your visit to our website, such as, for example, the navigation circuit chosen, the specific pages visited or the actions that have been performed on them. The remarketing lists thus created are stored in a database on Google's servers, where all the cookie IDs associated with each list or interest category are stored. With respect to the company, this information may only be associated with a specific user in the event that the user is identified on the web, for example by having completed a booking process. In this case the data thus obtained will be communicated to the company for purposes of commercial prospecting and segmentation of web users to design commercial campaigns according to the interests shown during navigation, incorporating the data into a file of the aforementioned entity for the aforementioned purposes. To oppose to the treatment and communication mentioned above, the user has the possibility to disable cookies, as indicated below:

The user has the option not to receive cookies or to be informed about their setting by configuring their browser to that effect. Responsibility of the hotel

The access to the page does not imply in any case the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. The portal only provides information about hotel vacancies at the time of requesting such information, so if you make the reservation on-line, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation made serves as a locator when you go to the hotel.

The reservation of hotel nights on this website implies the adherence and acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions set forth herein.

By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:

1) To be of legal age and to have full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and comprehend all of the conditions found on the website.
2) That the information provided when making the on-line reservation is true, complete and concise.
3) Only those pages that appear in the site map are included in the website.
4) That the access to this web page is the responsibility of the user.
5) That once the reservation has been made, we will proceed to file the electronic document in which it has been formalized, you can access it at any time.
6) That you confirm the reservation made, that is to say, the dates indicated, the number of rooms, the number of persons and the Hotel chosen.
7) The conditions and price of the reservation made, are those expressly determined in the rate conditions expressly included on the page you make the reservation.
8) Regarding the relationship with the portal, the portal gives you the possibility to book rooms of the chosen hotel through its website, but does not offer any kind of hotel service under your responsibility.
9) That your credit card details are collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation. The payment will be made in cash at the chosen hotel and only in the case of cancellations or no-shows, the reservation will be cancelled and the charge will be made according to the conditions of the rate.
10) The offers will only be valid during the time they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.

Prices

The prices indicated are Retail Prices including VAT.

The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and regime selected, with the exception of hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.

The price does not include: Any unspecified services and extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc...

Check-in and check-out time: As a general rule and unless expressly agreed otherwise with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Passports and visas

All travelers, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, whether passport or ID card, according to current legislation. It will be the responsibility of the travelers to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when required. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. In case of being refused by any authority the granting of visas, for particular causes of the user, or being denied entry into the country for lack of the requirements that are demanded, or by defect in the required documentation, or for not being the bearer of the same, the hotel declines all responsibility for events of this nature, being borne by the consumer any expenses arising, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for the case of no-show.
